By submitting payment you agree you are responsible for the full cost of the trip, and that all payments are non-refundable. If participant is unable/chooses not to attend they can sell their spot or use all payment received towards a future trip or future coaching services with Kristin Sweeting Photography. Any credit due to cancellation must be used within 1 calendar year, or is forfeited.
